The paper discusses the peculiarities of syntactic constructions presenting positive emotions in speech characters dramas by modern American and British playwrights. proposed research method suggests application a correlative classification extralinguistic linguistic features including paradigmatic systems emotional states structural forms as an instrument for qualitative quantitative analysis.
